Angela Arza

Mrs. Arza graduated from Catholic University of Milan with a Bachelor in Economics. Then, she obtained a MBA in Management (Magna cum laude) at the same University.

Upon completion of her Undergraduate, Mrs. Angela worked as a Marketing Assistant with Better Silver SpA. in Vicenza (Italy). Upon completion of her M.B.A., Angela was actively recruited by Deloitte, PwC and Banca Sella. In 2018 Angela joint PricewaterhouseCoopers as a C.R.M. Consultant, where she worked primarily with Salesforce, creating and customizing Service Cloud communities and apps. She  also collaborated on the Marketing Cloud project, managing and implementing customer journeys. She attended workshops with clients and provided Salesforce CRM solutions (including design, configuration and testing activities) to meet their needs.

After a year of work, Angela turned down a promotion to become a C.R.M. Associate, in order to move to the U.S.A. Upon arrival in the U.S.A., she worked as a Teacher in Miami-Dade County at True North Classical Academy.

After turning down an opportunity to work with Accenture, she joined Arza Consulting Group to use her technical skills and business acumen to promote quality education for the students of Florida.

Angela has collaborated with Charter School leaders throughout the State of Florida to promote academic growth. In addition to her work with local Charter Schools, she also led a series of virtual trainings on quality authorizing in conjunction with the Florida Department of Education. These trainings sought to equip charter school authorizers (School Board Members) with the knowledge and skills necessary for quality authorizing. Finally, Angela has served with a team of C.S.P. Grant reviewers, playing a key role in the Florida Department of Education’s evaluation process.

Mrs. Arza lives in Florida with her husband, Tony Arza, and their two children.
